About Us AMQ
AMQ was founded in 2006 and its main activity is the manufacture of machined parts for the automotive industry. In September 2017, we started a strategic alliance with the Japanese company Kyoshin Co. Ltd. (https://www.kyoshin-h.com/) to produce turned parts in medium and high volumes.
At AMQ we have a total of 65 people (January 2025) who represent our work team and thanks to their effort, we have managed to grow year after year, reaching sales of US$2.4 million last 2024 year.
AMQ has the following solutions for machining parts:
- • Horizontal machining centers up to 20” X 20” X 20”
- • 3 and 4 axis vertical machining centers
- • 2-axis CNC turning up to 12” in diameter for short parts and bars up to 3” in diameter and 20” in length between centers
- • Double spindle lathes, live tool, Y axis and automatic bar feeder
- • Double spindle lathe, double turret, live tool, Y axis and automatic bar feeder
- • Very complete metrology laboratory, with CMM, profilometer, roughness testers, Rockwell hardness tester, roundness tester, image measurement equipment and more.
- • Multiple complementary processes such as: thread rolling, orbital riveting, cylindrical and flat grinding, automatic band saw cutting, honing, vibratory tumbling, etc.
